I am impressed with what I have seen there and could keep talking about it for hours, however, your particular interest must be the school (Kaplan).
This is my first Kaplan experience though I have been placed with other language schools as well, so I believe this feedback will be more or less valuable.

They're one of the largest English schools indeed and the outside program (the way to spend free time) is full with various options. Moreover, they are happy to advise even if one is willing to gain some self experience. The staff is extremely responsive and friendly indeed.
However, as far as the language course is concerned I found it not competitive enough. At least for the proficiency level. IMHO, at this ultimate level the requirements as too vocabulary and fluency should be higher than they are. This could be the specific feature of either the school educational policy (to focus on more demanded levels) or my group. In a nutshell, for English improvements purposes with advanced knowledge there might be better schools.

Another important thing is changing in Transaero luggage policy. Keep in mind now they have 23 kilos limit instead of 32. So with my 39 bag I was surprised to hear it (Anyway, everything was settled favorably))
